The Site links to third-party services (App Store, Google Play, our app pages) and may display third-party ads. We are not responsible for the content or policies of third parties.

The Site is provided "as is" without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, Tabserve is not liable for any loss arising from use of the Site.
Age requirement
The Site is intended for users aged 13 and over. If you are under the age required by your local law to consent to online services without parental approval, please use the Site only with a parent or guardian's involvement.
Termination
We may restrict or terminate access to the Site for anyone who violates these Terms, including automated scraping, abusive behavior toward other users, or attempts to circumvent security measures. This does not affect your use of the OneBag, Routevia or RentFlow apps themselves, which are governed by their own app-specific terms.
Acceptable use
You agree not to: scrape or bulk-download Site content for republication, attempt to interfere with the Site's normal operation (including denial-of-service attempts), reverse-engineer any part of the Site, or use the Site to transmit malware or unlawful content.
Indemnification
You agree to hold Tabserve harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in full effect, and the unenforceable provision will be interpreted to best reflect the parties' original intent.
Governing law & dispute resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from your use of the Site will first be attempted to be resolved informally by emailing teknopattv@gmail.com; unresolved disputes will be handled in accordance with applicable Turkish law.
Entire agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Tabserve regarding use of the Site, superseding any prior agreements on this subject.
Changes
