Landlord & Rental Guides Writer, Tabserve

I write and maintain the landlord and rental-property guides on Tabserve — the content behind RentFlow. Before joining Tabserve I managed a small portfolio of rental units myself, so most of what I write starts from a problem I actually ran into: chasing a late payment, screening an applicant, working out whether a rent increase was even legal in a given market.

What I cover

How I write these guides

Rental law varies enormously by country and even by city, so I'm careful to flag where a rule is jurisdiction-specific rather than universal, and I link to official sources (housing authorities, tenancy tribunals) for anything a landlord would need to verify before acting. I update guides when a figure or rule changes rather than leaving stale numbers live.

Why RentFlow

RentFlow exists because spreadsheets and sticky notes don't scale past two or three units. The calculators and guides on this site come directly from the same questions RentFlow's own users ask in support emails — if enough people ask the same thing, it becomes a guide.
